The Reliance team worked on a 10,000 square foot industrial space. The floors we began with had multiple layers of epoxy and paint. We see this commonly as epoxy and paint are often applied over existing floor surfaces. When we got down to the bare floor, we were able to give it a full warehouse polish and burnish. With the application of a densifier, the finished surface was harder and much easier to maintain, not to mention very attractive.
