Atomic Coffee Roasters

Expansion means growth and Atomic Coffee Roasters is growing. For the last 20 years, Atomic Coffee has been providing Boston's North Shore with excellent coffee. Reliance Concrete Polishing is proud to have been a part of the opening of a new coffee roasting facility in Peabody. Our team was contracted to remove VCT Tiles and carpeting in a 10,000 square foot industrial space. Once the floor was stripped and prepped, we applied a warehouse polish, followed by a burnish. Since Reliance Concrete Polishing uses advanced technology, polishing equipment we produced a finish to the Atomic Coffee floors with a more reflective shine. The team worked late into Friday evening to complete the project meeting the customers deadline.

Basement Grind & Polish

Basement job in Whitman, MA. The slab had some moisture issues because no vapor barrier was under the slab, and therefore the owner removed the VCT. We started by grinding off the residual adhesives. After grinding, the slab was honed and densified. The slab was polished to an 800 grit finish. A guard was applied and the slab was burnished. You may see "ghosting" in the polished concrete after the VCT had been removed.
