I made an outreach to Brent on a Friday at 8 PM to ask for help to grind out high spots on our concrete subfloor. This was needed as a prerequisite to laying vinyl plank flooring. I didn’t anticipate a return call until Monday at the earliest. However, at one o’clock Saturday PM, I received a call from Brent who told me he could swing by to evaluate the subfloor. Brent showed up an hour later and explained to me what was needed to ‘flatten’ the subfloor. Brent worked with us to satisfy the requirements of the condo association and the work was performed as promised and completed within a day. Brent is a top notch businessman and his customer service is beyond exceptional. We just finished installing our new flooring and it looks terrific. A successful concrete floor project begins with a concrete slab that has been properly prepared. Reliance Concrete Polishing removes existing floor coverings including carpet, wood, and tile. We can correct any damage found in the underlying concrete. And our skilled concrete grinding staff has experience removing residual adhesives or mastics as well as self-leveling products from the surface. An important step in determining the quality of the finished product.
