Recently the Reliance Concrete Polishing team ventured north to the picturesque New England town of Sugar Hill located in the heart of New Hampshires’ White Mountain National Forest. We were invited to transform an ordinary floor into a unique addition for this soon-to-be, in-home office and guest lounge. Roughly 1,000 square feet of concrete floor with radiant heat was polished – so cozy on cold winter afternoons – making it a perfect complement to a room that overlooks the beautiful White Mountains. By customer request, the concrete was polished to reveal the “aggregate” – aka the actual material in the concrete. This is achieved by grinding/polishing the concrete by a depth of approximately 1/4 of an inch. We were pretty happy with the results – have a look!
