The Reliance team worked on a 10,000 square foot industrial space. The floors we began with had multiple layers of epoxy and paint. We see this commonly as epoxy and paint are often applied over existing floor surfaces. When we got down to the bare floor, we were able to give it a full warehouse polish and burnish. With the application of a densifier, the finished surface was harder and much easier to maintain, not to mention very attractive.

Expansion means growth and Atomic Coffee Roasters is growing. For the last 20 years, Atomic Coffee has been providing Boston's North Shore with excellent coffee. Reliance Concrete Polishing is proud to have been a part of the opening of a new coffee roasting facility in Peabody. Our team was contracted to remove VCT Tiles and carpeting in a 10,000 square foot industrial space. Once the floor was stripped and prepped, we applied a warehouse polish, followed by a burnish. Since Reliance Concrete Polishing uses advanced technology, polishing equipment we produced a finish to the Atomic Coffee floors with a more reflective shine. The team worked late into Friday evening to complete the project meeting the customers deadline.

Storage units in Manchester, VT. The entire slab was ground, honed, densified, and polished to a 400 grit finish. The owner asked for the aisles to be shiny and more reflective. The aisles between the individual storage units were guarded and burnished to 800 grit

Hampstead Vocational Program

New concrete slab was not left with a smooth trowel finish. Additional/extra grinding was necessary to get ridges out of concrete. The slab also had numerous cracks and spalls which required repairs. The slab was polished to an 800 grit finish. Densifier was applied after 200 grit pass. A lithium silicate guard was applied, and the slab was burnished.
